School Overview

President Greeting Message

Odawara City was the central city of eastern Japan in around the 16th century, and thrived as a castle town. Afterward it grew increasingly more prosperous as a post town. Even now it produces many well-known specialties such as collapsible paper lanterns, kamaboko (fish cake), Japanese apricots, and many other popular goods. It is the culture, tourism and commerce center of Kanagawa Prefecture.
Odawara City is located near Hakone, Atami and Mt. Fuji, a World Heritage Site, is close by. With the increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting the city in recent years, Odawara has evolved in appearance and now offers an international flavor, particularly during holiday seasons.
Our school supports students who want to absorb Japanese culture and study Japanese in Odawara, with the goal of entering a university or finding employment. We also place high priority on providing guidance and counseling on university and career choices. We aim to develop human resources who can serve as a bridge between Japan and other all of countries over the world.
Our entire staff will provide you with full support not only in your studies but also in your daily life to ensure that your life in Japan offers peace of mind.
