Five
characteristics

  1. We offer partnerships with universities to enable students to enter those partner universities or graduate schools.
  2. We help students to find employment, and provide instruction on Japanese rules, manners, and etiquettes
  3. A dormitory is available, so students can freely study and work part-time.
  4. We offer lessons that allow students to learn how to read, write and speak Japanese in a well-balanced education.
  5. Students can study various aspects of old and new Japanese culture in the tourist city of Odawara, which is located near Tokyo, Yokohama and Mt. Fuji.

Beginner Course <Class outline>
Students will be able to converse using simple everyday languages everyday life situation and learn how to use basic honorifics. Students will be able to read simple short sentences, and write short essays or make entries into a diary, etc. (Learn about 300 kanji, 2000 words vocabularies)

Intermediate Course <Class outline>
Students will be able to converse using simple languages in everyday life situations and will be able to understand newspapers, magazines, news programs, etc. at a reasonable level of confidence. Students will be able to express opinions and write letters, etc. (Learn about 1000 kanji, 6000 vocabularies))

Advanced Course <Class outline>
Students will able to conduct discussions or negotiations Training in writing short essays will enable students to make presentations using high-level expression. (Learn about 2000 kanji, 10000 vocabularies)

  • Students will be able to smoothly advance from the beginner course to the intermediate and advance course.
  • If students study hard and acquire proficiency, advancement to a higher course is possible depending on the results of the placement test that takes place every three months.
  • We provide complete Kanji education, so even students from countries that do not use kanji can learn kanji with ease, and will be prepared for university or graduate school entrance exams.
  • Students can study for the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) or the Japanese Language Proficiency Test on a regular basis (JLPT)
